RE: Patent Infringement If they are doing location based anything they could be, but if you are spcifically reffering to in India relative to the earlier post regarding location based mobile advertising in India, I bleieve they will be if and when Poynt's application for extending patents to cover India are successful.
Also note IMO Poynt will be picking up alot of the functionality of Nimbuzz once Ortsbo is integrated as I believe Poynt will also be a portal to most social media all in one spot, just like Nimbuzz but with the added translation capabiliies of Ortsbo. Of course it will only be for a percentage but for some Poynt will become the single point on their mobile for most everything !
