RE: Does Poynt Corporation (TSX: PYN.V) Have What

and there have been some of us of whom have voiced these very thoughts only to be shot down.

Great app ,growing user base and running out of money. We need a partner or to be sold.Talk of Nasdaq is a dream.A reverse split does nothing.....if you can't sell it a .05 who would buy it a buck.If the split happens the buys will only enter after it is fallen.Andrew needs to pull one out of a hat and if he does he will be a hero.

The scary things is he has stated the second quarter will look the same as the first. We need some kind of news release about some type of earnings and I don't see it happening. Some have said Andrew is keeping his cards close to his chest but I on the other hand with this round of finanancing believe he has had to turn the cards over.We are ripe for the picking and I for one hope we get bought.China is nice but I think we will run out of time before it pays out.We have no more takers on the shares hence the only solution is a buy out.
