PIMCO New York Municipal Income Fund III (the Fund) is a non-diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's primary investment objective is to seek to provide current income exempt from federal and California income tax. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 90% of its net assets in municipal bonds which pay interest that is exempt from regular federal, New York State and New York City income. The Fund may invest up to 20% of its total assets in investments the interest from which is subject to the federal alternative minimum tax. The Fund also invests at least 80% of its net assets in municipal bonds that at the time of investment are investment grade quality. Pacific Investment Management Company LLC (PIMCO) serves as the Fund's investment manager.

Those two clowns sold us their shares at a penny because they believe what they are posting today,

I just have one thing to say THANKS GUYS, If you have more please sell Monday I will be waiting on the bid,

if you missed it Friday there was over 9 million on the bid at .o3 cents, I was one of them, it was over 5 mil at close, during the day few were hitting the bid..

What don't you understand volume was over 2million and less sellers than buyers,

Over $46 million sold in one week pushing the price up and up daily from the low where THEY sold to us, thinking POYNT was bankrupt ( Check it out below morons ).

Look at the buying and WHICH HOUSES ARE BUYING MORE THAN THEY SOLD, OTHERS SOLD MORE THAN THEY ARE BUYING, FUNNY TO SEE THE DIFFERENT HOUSES THAT DUMPED AND THAT THEY BUYING MORE THAN THE INITIAL DUMP.

Lower half of the list sold more than bought ? small volume scared misguided few, imho
