RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Don't sell

Poynt fully diluted could be over 600 million, if things were heading into a positive direction "The Company" would have had a NR within a week of July 5, 2012 when "The Company" filed for protection. It would have been important to then follow up with positive updates that might have help increased the SP, thus increasing the market cap.

When the market cap is lower than the debt,I think we are in trouble .If "The Company" secured a loan for  10 million dollars "The Company" would be worth the 10 million dollars. Then in addition to the 10 million why would you advance working capital to "The Company" when you could just buy It for 10 million dollars ? or less.

If  "The Company" found a lender they would want 85% of "The Company" and wipe out the common share holders, this scenario makes it very challenging to find a lender period, thus no news only extensions. The monthly burn rate will create more debt, till "The Company" has positive cash flow that could result into millions more. This is just my personal opinion and now I am sure I will have another tax loss this year and if I don't I still won't make up my loses. Yes thian miracles do happen ?
