PIMCO New York Municipal Income Fund III (the Fund) is a non-diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's primary investment objective is to seek to provide current income exempt from federal and California income tax. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 90% of its net assets in municipal bonds which pay interest that is exempt from regular federal, New York State and New York City income. The Fund may invest up to 20% of its total assets in investments the interest from which is subject to the federal alternative minimum tax. The Fund also invests at least 80% of its net assets in municipal bonds that at the time of investment are investment grade quality. Pacific Investment Management Company LLC (PIMCO) serves as the Fund's investment manager.

wheels why are all you characters trying to convey that everything that could be done is being done to get the best value ?? The process is laid out quite clearly here https://www.relieffromdebt.ca/documents/poynt/Poynt_-_Receivership_Order.pdf and it is apparent that the official process is not very high profile promotion wise and only consists of a couple of small ads in Canadian news papers to meet legal purposes. Are they doing more ? possibly but doubtful.

Shareholders should write the courts and the trustee to say they want more promotion to bring fair value, also shareholders should write and inform as many corporations as they can about the opportunity to acquire Poynt.

A small ad in a Canadian paper once is no way to list a tech property like this.
