Mr. Michael Jacobs reports
MILITARY SALES CONTINUE FOR THE F.A.S.T. 1 SYSTEM
Pyng Medical has received and has expedited an order for 250 F.A.S.T.1 systems plus training kits for immediate deployment with the 3rd Battalion, 1st Special Forces, (Airborne), from Ft. Lewis, Wash. This initial order was received and delivered out to the Airborne in late March. This adds another level to the Special Operations Forces, military hospitals and military training sites that are active on the F.A.S.T.1 system.
Pyng Medical continues to penetrate the military market with hands-on
training generated from requests throughout the United States. In news
released in Stockwatch on Jan. 14, 2002, the company announced that Pyng Medical trained 26 medics of the 3rd Battalion, 1st Special Forces (Airborne), at Ft. Lewis, Wash. The Airborne medics now have the F.A.S.T.1 system for immediate use in the battlefield environment. They are also trained to be trainers on the F.A.S.T.1 system and as such they are fully capable to go into the field and train other medics, in other battalions, on the F.A.S.T.1 procedure. We are proud to have the F.A.S.T.1 system active in Afghanistan with the Special Forces groups.
