I would address it as follows, The board also issued over 15,000,000 new options aside from what insiders already own only 2 weeks ago @ 0.36. Thus, going forward, if the company were to perform SP wise 20% worse than today going forward, those 6 Directors with 2,500,000 options would be still sitting pretty, NO ? But you do raise a good point. I hope for all your sakes that this works out well. It seems there are many here who are invested deeply (someone yesterday stating 450,000 shares @ an average of 0.28), which is an investment of $126,000. If they were to cash today, they would profit nearly $70,000. Very good in my books, but I get looking for that GRAND SLAM. To me, there are a # of others out there that I believe are much much more solid than this one to hit you that grand slam.
