You certainly have an interesting take on events. Seem to infer that the wrongdoing is being perpetrated by DecoyDuck while the company is blameless. On the facts this is evidently not the case.

Don't be under any illusions shareholders should regard this matter as being very serious. The misrepresentation/ deception by management is widespread and deliberate.
