Based on quick look at Sedar:

10 million shares Generic Capital
Approx 1.0-2.0 million to Kelly Malcom and others 
I think approx 8,0 million to old Fmg shareholders ( that includes me)

my guess the balance of shares are tightly held....I think shares are very tightly held
Via prior financings etc.etc.maybe 20-30 million shares....anyone have any info
or ideas on holders of these shares!  I guess because no one holds more than 10%
the holders do not have to report!  All very interesting....if some good news comes
out this stock would go up big time! Would be nice to recoup some $$!
