Skeena already own a little bit less than 15% of QEX shares. Can they vote regarding to the merging decision?

Did you sell all your QEX shares and hoped that the deal would fail and then buy it back at a cheaper price? If you check V.COCO, they have great exploration results, but their SP is down to the ...more

Checked the squeeze process. They just need to hold a special meeting with 2/3 approval and because of this provision, the real requirement is only 2/3.
