Voted against the ELD proposal Finally my proxy vote came in and I voted against the ELD proposal. What I did not realize is that ELD and the CEO of QMX can not have their votes be apart of the vote as they own more than 1% of the votes.
So as Minority Shareholders we do have a chance to reject the offer. Remember what we are getting is ELD shares in return - and a very small amount.
ELD has to put together a better offer if we are to accept.
