The Corporation believes that revenue will be generated from the licensing agreements and
royalties for each chip manufactured under the Acquisition Agreement. Each license will be
sold to potential partners and OEMs at a price of $150,000 and a royalty of $200 per 1,000 chip.
The pricing model was developed for Tier 1 OEMs that build millions of devices for the
consumer market (mobile devices, IoT M2M etc.). Other models will be proposed for smaller
volume commitments. It is anticipated that the Corporation will retain Dr. Bertrand Reulet, as a
consultant, the latter having the necessary knowledge with regards to QRNG. Dr. Reulet will
assist the Corporation in assessing its options with regards to the market segments, possible
products, production and market acceptance.
