RE:RE:System Patent

This is what PM told me on the phone ;

- the leg work has been done by JCP

- now he can retrace his steps and find out who is interested with what they have in hand ( the system patent )

- all this takes time before a deal(s) can be signed and it translates into royalties payments

- QNC has basically one year of cash left
