RE:RE:RE:Secondary OfferingWhile quantumtrader has made some decent posts, no answer equates to no source which in turn equates to idle chit chat. What I do know is that QNC has been asked to modify a prototypea to enable a potential customer to properly test out. My source is PM.

quantumtrader wrote: (Licensing) deals and other arrangements have already been made, but the NDAs render them useless until the European patent goes through. The board knows “one-by-one” pieces of news do not generate interest nor substantially raise the share price; this has to be done via a flurry of news, namely the acceptation of their patent request in Europe in combination with an assortment of deals, so they may commence the secondary offering at a higher sp to protect their interests. The execs own essentially nothing right now so their involvement is risk exempt, as they will take a share in the company via the Secondary Offering when all risk is vanquished (QNC will be established at this point).
If some deals are lined up that's excellent , I will even say tremendous , awesome , out of this world , etc......
