If the company did choose to exit quickly with a sale to a company like Ericsson, what would be a reasonable sale price? Something like $2-$3 per share...? Either way way, I'm excited for the coming months. IMHO GLTA

If the technology developed by our CTO and owned by QNC is unique and exceptional a large company like Ericsson might want exclusivity . Imagine telling your clients and users that your High tech products are hacker proof . They could increase their sales and even increase their margins with pricing power IMO . Maybe ERICSSON has done enough testing of the QNC prototype that they are convinced to make a big move with QNC . Time will tell .

Assuming ERICSSON is interested in a complete buyout it will be more than $2-3 dollars per share . This is where JCP can put on his negotiating hat . He can tell the upper echelon at ERICSSON that QNC will generate 50-100 million in reoccurring revenues in the next few years from 6 to 10 large clients ( some of them ERICSSON competitors ) . He would say that with just 50 million in annual revenues QNC can have a bottom line of 40 million or 50 cents per share wich translates into a SP in the $10-15 range IMO .
