Thanks Malricy. I am not convinced he sold them all. He was upwards of over 5 million shares if I recall and at the onset of the company received some finders fee shares for helping put the deal together. He was listed as an insider for having ownership of more than 10% of the float.

He later sold some of those shares to go under the 10 % value and was no longer required to report his sales as an insider.

There was some sour grapes between him and management of that time it seemed.

He had had something to do with getting this company started, just curious if he Is still around when it appears we are about to enter the next phase.

12.5 remained on the bid at the end of the day. Slow and steady....taking the levels out.
