RE:RE:RE:RE:Share Price?Patent Approvals are the necessary evil in this situation. The Valentino patent on QNRG encompasses a broad spectrum of theory.... It ultimately has led to QNC delays at the EPO. “QNRG 2” was the mentioned in a prior post. This is what QNC is fighting for.... “Novel” was the word used in their latest rebuttal to the European Patent Office. They are ultimately trying to verify that QNRG 2 differs from QNRG 1.
it was also mentioned that QNC is undervalued. I too believe this fact. The United State Patent & Trademark Office has ultimately issued exactly what QNC management has been striving for all along. They are just waiting for the final paperwork to make it official. Now they await the the same approval from Europe..... The US approval is a big deal. Europena approval will be a great deal.
As mentioned earlier, it is important to differentiate themselves from “QNRG 1”, and ensure they don’t infringe on anything Valentino has patented. This will ultimately decrease the overall liability to shareholders of any infringement laws.
The beauty of this right now is that the USA IS A GO and will create NDA realities in the North American Market.... however, management has told me in all conversations, that the ultimate goal is to be Global. That is why the patent approval in Europe is key... it allows them global NDA realities.
As far as the lack of new releases, management has made the choice to disclose all current and relevant information via SEDAR and has shared relevant info in the MD&A section of mandatory Quarterly financial reporting. The lack of news releases is all part of strategy to run the company lean and preserve available cash.
IMO, I don’t think management believed that it was going to take as long as it has to get the necessary patents..... but it is what it is. The US patent approval is a big deal.... we just need a little more time for the next step to come to fruition.
I am patiently waiting for QNC story to unfold.... just like harvest this year.
I nicely got combine rolling this weekend and now 2 more days of rain in forecast starting tomorrow.... but it is what it is.
I have been slowly adding to my QNC position and will continue to do so as free cash becomes available.
