Yes this is %100 truth in business you need to have something valid to sell in order for a buyout to occur, I guess they are working on this now but IMHO and given current situation that wont happen soon. So far only singing and dancing for enternaiment..

If the company does not follow through with this (for example, if we replace those two bullet points with "sit on our hands"), that buyout is going to be coming at an awfully low share price. As a company, you have to put the work in to show earning potential if you want a buy out at a favourable price.
