At the point where we are
I suggest 2 options if our technology isreally good. The first is to attempt to sell the patents for nothing less, non-negotiable, for $ 15 million. Approach 2 very competent people. Paid $ 500,000 each if the project is successful. A specialist in contract negotiation. A specialist who fully understands our technology and the competing technology. Approach 5 companies that will need such technology. ex: Quantum ID, Samsung. Nokia Apple ... or other Make the usual representations and follow up on the interest shown. Approaching Quantum ID is interesting because it would allow them to checkmate all competition. Give yourself a maximum of one year to evaluate the results. If the first option fails, then the second option. Less profitable than the first, to merge with an existing company interested in our technology by share transfer. Tech that sleeps on shelves, even the best in the world, is worth $ 0.00 Better to try to give value with what we have and with the means we have. And if we fail in our attempts to do something, it's because our technology is worth $ 0.045 per share. I have owned 450,000 shares since 2017 and am very unhappy. The brain storming is on the table, several other options can be considered, the time has come to show determination in order to obtain results. GLTA

yes I agree I have been saying this for moths hire I company that we pay on comission to sell our tech or Qnc as a whole and I think 15 mil is really the  minimum I think we can reliastically get 20 to 30 mil at minimum IF the tech actually works but  at this point we have very little proof that it does.

Just to add another fact here... any work that has ever been done at Qnc has been due to 3rd party. No One at Qnc has ever produced anything so 3rd party is the logical way forward.

Anyone could hire a third party person to do the work.  What a pathetic mess this is. Essentially the entire Board needs to be fired   Let's face it, these guys will never ever tuna Company. Selling the patents is all that is left. Never invest in Quebec. Never invest in a Company where Management does not buy shares in the open market or even own shares
