I've been reading all these back and forths messages, and I can't seem to understand what this PP people are referring too? Can somebody explain briefly what is expected in the next few days about this PP and if this stock is at risk?

pp means private placement basically they have no more money so the need money to move forward and yes all stocks are risks.
