Yeah rumours about a CFO Miron that was fired is of no values, this is just his opinion ans since he was fired he has no words to say anymore and the BOD cant disclose any information to the public and he is now part of the public, if the BOD disclosed informations to him they could get big consequences by the SEC

Why? Have they mentionned the names of any consultant? Did they actually write somewhere that he does not work for/in the company?
