Some heavy accumulation has taken place and continues to take place.
A big move is coming...just a matter of timing.
Qnc 2021 promises to be epic.
New leadership with a vision makes for a great combo.

Millions of shares have been accumulated. There will be less resistance as we inevitably rise to 30. Some large traders had to be flushed out. I imagine they’ll be back but they will have to pay more now.
