You are correct. They do appear on SEDAR. Perhaps QNC should update not only their Financial Statements and MD&A web page, but their online Corporate Presentation (March 2023) as well

There's a post on yahoo QNC board where someone saying QNC is worth looking into because of encryption being broken soon and says QNC could be a 100X.

"Remember QNC has been at this low point before. It was 4-5 cents/share in October 2020 when they had nothing except the patents.It rose to 48 cents by March 2022 on basically minor news! Imagine

Trickygame, it went from 4 to 4.5 cents thats  100/8 = 12.5%.. I think Gastown guy is full of it whenhe posts that QNC is going up. They seem to have ababdoned putting their RNG on a CMOS chip.
