RE: Kaiser on AMEX listing

RE: Kaiser on AMEX listingI would be surprised if it did not get an AMEX listing. That advantages of a big board listing in the US are just to much to pass up. Institutional investors see "liquidity" as a key investment criteria and the American big boards can provide that in spades.  More so as the rare earth sector has caught a lot of mainstream interest this year.
One of the reasons, RES has gone up so dramatically is that, apart from Moly Corp, it's the only real 'developing junior' story the institutions can play.  Such volume also attracts the shorts, but that's OK.  The sharks have the place in the investment universe as they bring more attention—and even more liquidity—to their targeted stocks.
Patience will be needed as the AMEX tighten its regulatory requirement last year.  I'd look at a minimum of some 6 months from initiation to get a listing. And yeah, Kaiser is one of the best REE sources...he was talking about RES's AMEX plans in Q4 2009. He got that right!
