Will there be another news release?

According to last friday's news release, after stock market close.

Here is an excerpt: "The closing of the private placement is expected to take place on or about February 17, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions and filing of standard documents with the Toronto Stock Exchange."

Therefore, will there be another news release after stock market close?
