"Materials mined at Strange Lake, physically upgraded by a floatation concentrator located on site, trucked to Nain for shipment via the St. Lawrence River to Bcancour. The upgraded mineral concentrate will be processed at Quest’s proposed hydrometallurgical plant at Bcancour, Quebec, and then separated into individual rare earth oxides."
