All of your points are well made.
Got out in 2019.  Just check in occasionally aroung earnings.  Morbid curiosity.
They are not evolving.  ORC?  good luck.  Obviously well connected to get grant for something that has been done plenty already..
Did any of the insiders sell anywhere near the top?  No.  Too clueless to profit from their own compensation schemes.
Many other things to do with my money..
