CC on Tuesday I hope they adress the merchant bank situation on the CC.
Aside from that, with the big acquisition, there is an earn out of $20 million for BancardUSA over 2 years if they attain certain financial thresholds. That's a lot of money so I think Quis is expecting them to try to maintain/exceed their growth rate.
I'm sure there are many synergies they are looking to exploit as well.
