Both seem like great plays. Hugh has a great track record. Unsure of where your tanking companies facts come from but do share if you have links etc. Also the use of the shell doesn’t require these guys to have a pot background. The company that takes over the shell company  is the one with the pot knowledge. Marc levy flipped a shell for aurora and he had nothing to do with the success of ACB or pot itself. Only thing that worries me about AVM is that marc levy is in a legal battle with aurora. Unsure if a company valued at a billion Wouldnt consider that before acquiring a shell
