He told me that there were no transactions that were considered, that he was aware of (that was 2 weeks before he turned CEO). And mind you, even if there was one, he wouldn't be able to tell me since it would be insider information.

Then I asked him about his timeframe. He said ''There is no timeframe that he was aware of''.

The 1-2 years time horizon was just my opinion.
