Not only do I see that the shares of RB are tightly held but so is information. Makes perfect sense as I'm sure a leak would cause a run and possibly jeopardize a deal. I have looked at 10 of Canopys jr jv suppliers. Most have gone public through an RTO and a couple are still private. One company that caught my attention if only for comparison is AIM1 it is the rto for James E Wagner. Interesting fact: AIMI.P has a mrk cap of 3.03M with 9.48M shares out at .32 and their share consolation/ transaction was 1:1 gives me added hope for a similar deal. 1:1 is gold.
