If I were a gambling man. Lol I would bet a halt is either just before the meeting ( June 4th) or within a week after. I'm obviously reading into things but with the vote for consolidation I take it as a deal is in the works. Now how long until ths deal is finalized and we start trading with shares in the new company is anyone's guess.
