... totally agree. Why go through the expense of an AG&S meeting if they never planned to complete the financials to maintain good standing with the Securities Commission?

I am guessing Hugh has plans to keep the shell alive and find a good candidate for an RTO. We just don’t know the timing of the deal etc. etc. Not much else we can dobaboutvit anyways except hope and pray.

Don’t listen to me though. I am a novice investor.
