... heard the company has to apply for reinstatement ...... of trading with the TSX Venture exchange. The Exchange then reviews the information. Once they are satisfied the company meets listing requirements, then exchange gives the order to reinstate. Once the resume trade orders is issued, it can take a couple of days before trading is actually reinstated.
If the Exchange review deems the company is failing to meet listing requirements, then shares could remain suspended indefinitely or until such time as the company remedies the listing requirement deficiencies.
I wonder if Grinder666 can reach out to Mr.Notman to see if the company has made the request to the exchange to reinstate?
Don’t listen to me though. I am a novice investor.
