that said ( and the only reason I post here) is this tidbit that caught my eye....from the good folks at stockwatch...
Mr. Notman, who took about 15 years to close a shell deal for SMC Ventures, has another NEX shell, RBI Ventures Ltd.(RBI: $0.35), which rolled back 1 for 25 last month. He joined this shell last year, when it was still called Russell Breweries Inc. but had already sold its brewery business. RBI Ventures has yet to announce a deal
