Just went from 0 to 609k in the blink of an eye...news?

I just literally blinked while looking at my watch list and saw Russell make a huge jump. Any particular reason anyone can think of? Took a small position just incase.

From my understanding, Hugh Notman is taking over the company as he bought over 3 million shares (over 14%). There are also rumours are around of a RTO around a weed play. Some info on Notman from another poster: Sounds like our CEO has connections Hugh has been in corporate finance for over 20 years, and involved in more than 50 successful transactions.
