Sorry not a seasoned investor, just wondering why if this is an RTO with medmen do they need someone like Hugh to put this in motion? Wouldnt they do this themselves or is this a crossborder issue or something else? TIA

when a private company wants to go public they generally hire someone to underwrite and issue shares
