Connecting The Dots

The above link is a SEDAR file regarding the appointment of Hugh Notman, Martin Burian, and Norman Yurik to the board of RB. I believe the proxy is a vote for this change.

The above link is a SEDAR file regarding the proxy for Percy Street Capital's board, as well as, qualifying transaction. New slate of board members are comprimed of Tim McCunn (CEO Percy Street Capital) Hugh Notman (Director of Percy Street Capital/Director of Russell Breweries) as well as CEO/directors of Livewell Foods.

The above link is a press release regarding the "Three way amalgamation" between Percy, Livewell, and a newly incorporated subsidiary of Percy.
I believe RB is the "newly incorporated subsidiary of Percy Street Capital" and will be a part of the "3-way amalgamation" between Percy and Livewell. Hugh Notman, who is a director of both RB and Percy Street, did not wake up one morning and buy shares of RB just for the fun of it. Some on this board say he will eventually turn RB into a pot stock or a blockchain stock, but I believe the connection is there for the 3 way amalgamation to be between Percy, Livewell and RB.
At the current SP, I will be happy regardless of the outcome as any RTO will increase the SP significantly in the near future.

Nice post man! Just another reason I love this board, lots of dd.I think RB is defintely a good hold...I am accumulating shares every couple days. I read in some filing that Livewell's single and lowest price will be .46 a share. Not sure if that is related to this at all or if I interpreted this filing correctly: https://sedar.com/DisplayCompanyDocuments.do?lang=EN&issuerNo=00039696
