I contacted Hugh Notman at hnotman@cccinvestmentbanking.com and here is the email exchange: I am sending you an email to see if you might be able to make any comments concerning Russell Breweries Inc. I have read the press release that was sent out today and posted on SEDAR but I wanted to see if you have any further comments for myself and other shareholders who are wondering about updates.
I understand that not much will likely happen until the Annual and Special Meeting taking place on June 4 but if there is anything further you can share about the future of RB.h and if you are able to comment on any of it, there are several of us who would be very pleased.
I currently have 145,000 shares and have a limit purchase at 0.02 to purchase another 100,000 more with the anticipation and interest in what could be happening based on what you and other Directors have been involved with in the past. For this reason, I am keen on seeing where things shall lead so I thought I would reach out and see if you have anything you can say at this time or if there is a timeline of when we might want to reach out further that will allow you to comment on more.

Unfortunately we cannot provide any further information until we have something definitive to say. Our goal is to find a great business for the company and we have begun to look. That’s all we can say at this point.
