The meeting agenda (Management Information Circular) must come out at least 21 calendar days before the AG&S Meeting. The meeting is scheduled for June 4th so we should know meeting agenda by May 14th!  I am looking forward to it! I am also happy to see all the accumulation his week at prices ranging from 2.5 cents to 5 cents per share. Somebody wanted in bad. Nervous nellies have left

Which begs the question. Why do " they" want in so bad? 9M shares traded in the .025- .05 range. Was there a leak? What could this 9M be about? " Our goal is to find a great business for the company and we have begun to look " - Hugh Are we closer than June 4th to knowing something? Lot's of questions.

I still think day trade frenzy.don't expect much more at the meeting except election of appointed officers,naming of auditor,share consolidation resolution. remember the Howe street order- Small placement for friends,family,etc and insiders Boat load of options Then maybe a deal Current directors here are involved in a bunch of shells/cpc's.which one(s)get their attention first? Stranger

Thanks for the words of wisdom. Keep trying to scare the nervous nellies into selling. Seems the fear selling is slowing down. Not sure of the depth on the offer side. But last I saw on level 2, it was pretty thin. Bottom line ... I can't wait until May 14th to see the Management Information circular and the meeting agenda! If news comes before that, even better! Don't listen to me
