You don’t need it. Proxy votes only relevant if you plan to vote against one or all of the resolutions. If  you do not submit a proxy vote, it is assumed your share votes are in favour of the resolutions. Don’t listen to me though. I am a novice investor. ShellsRFun69

Amostock. You need to receive the proxy first then go online and follow the instructions or fill it in and mail it. Theres an envelope they provided included in your package. Cheers

Provided you own shares before April 6, the proxy will be sent to you; either by your broker or Computershare. If you bought in after April 6 then you're not eligible to vote.

Yes. I see that now. Must be quite a few private mj companies looking to go public. If that is in fact what they're planning.
