Livewell gets a deal with Tilray

2019 is the year of the CBD. Hopefully Hugh will do another deal in the sector with RBI

Out of curiosity, does anyone who invests in RBI also have livewell shares ? I do and am pleased about the vitality deal .

I don't own any shares yet but I sure do see alot of upside with LVWL. Do you see Hugh Notman doing another deal in the marijuana sector? There are so many private mj companies looking to list in Canada. I'm still scratching my head that he consolidated to be more attractive. Doesn't show much confidence in his ability to negotiate. Imo

I do own both LVWL and RBI for a long time now and come March when LVWL lists on the nasdaq I'm hoping for nice payout. As for RBI, seems like a lost cause. I really don't understand how the consolidation was any benefit.

I'm as frustrated as anyone but Lost Cause....is premature. It's a shell after all that now has 3.4 million shares outstanding. Hugh Notman did what he wanted and that was to make it attractive. A deal will get done it's just a question of $0.50, $1.00, $2.00

With the US exposure ,  through Livewell , I would imagine Mr. Notman has some solid business  contacts that would be beneficial for this “attractive “ shell company .
