Two more NEX shells have arranged U.S. marijuana deals and are now planning to move to the Canadian Securities Exchange. The two shells each plan to acquire a marijuana distributor in California. First, Richard Grayston's P&P Ventures Inc. (PPV: halted) is acquiring MJIC Inc., doing business as ManifestSeven. Second, Jacqueline Tucker's Canadian Imperial Venture Corp. (CQV: halted) is acquiring Cannus Partners Inc.
