Are we up to date with alll our fillings? Maybe that’s what the halt is about? But management requested it so I’m probably wrong in that?

"pending news" should be a good thing,"CTO" would be about late filings,which,if I'm not mistaken ,we had in an earlier halt....I think we're fine,just gotta wait it out

hopefully we'll get a news release next week. It might be months before we start trading under the new company but at least we'll know about the deal.
