RBX is so lucky to have the Phool helping to deny the risk of a project that is hyper-risky in any objective assessment. It's not the article that is "shocking".  The average investor would be shocked if they had any idea how chaotic the situation is in Guinea.  I know what I am talking about on this issue.  But don't take my word for it, look up Guinea's
