Acquires unknown number of private corporation shares of JBMD. Value? Can find very little info on them. But it is basically the claims worth, would be my assumption.
Acquires all claims on 4.5K hectares from LI and JBMD. Could find no information on these claims in LI's financials.
So, what is a lithium claim worth? Hopefully more than a 31% dilution. Likely a wait before exploration, next year.
