Is RCK ready to pop?

Is RCK ready to pop?Following Dirk on Social Media and he's been working hard. Canada's Minister of Mines, touring North Bay region, planning a Canadian launch.
Just a waiting game .... will Invest Ontario come to the plate, will the Federal Government come to the plate? I do think so; how could they not? Will RCK get an investment from the German Government; how about Canada's Ministry of Natural Resources?
All the stars and hopefully investment is lining up!! 
A dollar thirteen share price could easily spike to all-time highs once announcements are made; stay tuned!!!
