RE: Nice News - Board Battle BrewingI guess with the recent B.C. appeal court ruling there is finally something worth fighting for. In my opinion, the B.C. government will settle with Rock instead of taking a chance on losing in the Supreme Court of Canada. The fact that the appeal court ruled strongly in favor of Rock there is a good chance the Supreme court might elect not to hear the case.
This is why the directors are squabbling. Whoever sits on the board will control potentially millions of dollars.
