RE: Litigation suspension.I don't think Rhonda has that strong of a position. If they did they would go to court, win and throw DeBeers out . They could then bring in another Major with a much better deal and a clear cut division of responsibility's.
As it is I don't think either one of them has that solid of a case and the mediation should bring them together. At least that is what mediation is all about. It is not a all black or white situation.
The share price reflects the fact that people are starting to understand that.
Keep up the faith but some of you try to put your feet on the ground.
