RE: Every trade halt I have been involved with I doubt that they would hold trading on a private placement NR.
Every halt that I have been involved with has been market shaking such as suspension of trading or really bad news.
That is not to say that this couldn't be really great news. If it is bad it will cause a massive dump of the stocks. If they had let that news out two years ago it would not have caused that big a deal.
If it is good it is more that likely sensational. Remember because of the size of the knife it doesn't have to have the high count of macro and micro's that other smaller one's do. A high count will put us way up.
